PDF that stays sharp
The PDF is drawn as vectors and text at the selected A4 or Letter dimensions. It is not a screenshot hidden inside a PDF.
High-resolution PNG
PNG output is rendered at 150 DPI—useful for slides, tablets, classroom systems and image uploads.
Calendar-compatible ICS
Marked dates export as all-day iCalendar events for Apple Calendar, Google Calendar, Outlook and other RFC 5545-compatible apps.
What makes this calendar different
Most printable calendars make you choose between a bare template and a country-specific file. Here, layout, paper size, week start, ISO week numbers, day-of-year numbers, observed public holidays and personal events are independent options.
The regional holidays use the same tested rules as the Business Days Calculator, including substitute or observed weekdays where applicable. Holiday rules can still vary by state, province, employer and year, so regional labels state whether the list is national or federal.
ISO week numbers require Monday-to-Sunday rows. Turning them on switches the visible grid to Monday; choosing Sunday turns ISO numbers off so a Sunday-to-Saturday row is never given a misleading single ISO label.
Frequently Asked Questions
Yes. The PDF button creates a vector calendar file directly in your browser. Text stays sharp when printed and no print-dialog workaround, account or upload is required.
The ICS export includes the public holidays and custom events visible in the selected month or year. Blank dates are not events and therefore are not added to your digital calendar.
Yes. Custom-event text is processed only in your browser, is excluded from share links, and is not sent to the server. PDF, PNG and ICS files are generated locally.
Week numbers follow ISO 8601: weeks start Monday and week 1 is the week containing the year’s first Thursday. Enabling ISO week numbers therefore switches the calendar grid to a Monday start; a Sunday-to-Saturday row crosses two ISO weeks and cannot carry one accurate ISO label.
A holiday has its nominal calendar date and may also have an observed weekday when workplaces close. The calendar marks the observed date and labels shifted dates as observed.
